A HEALING TOUCH

"And when the men of that place had knowledge of him, they sent out into all that country round about, and brought unto him all that were diseased; And besought him that they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as touched were made perfectly whole."

Matthew 14: 35,36 King James Version

Jesus is our Healer. Just as the ones who touched the hem of his garment were made whole, when we allow Jesus to touch our hearts, we are made whole. Our hearts are full of anger, bitterness, envy, jealousy, sarcasm, criticism, and hatred until Jesus touches us and makes us whole.

The verse says that they brought unto him all that were diseased. We can’t bring anyone to Jesus unless we first allow Him to clean our hearts. Have you reached out and touched the Heart of Jesus and allowed Him to enter your heart and cleanse it?

There are so many people who are hurting, feeling totally alone, and some are suicidal. They desperately need someone to tell them the good news of the Love of Jesus. Will you be the one to tell them? Will you serve the Master with all of your heart? Will you give your all to the One who gave His all for you?

How is your heart today? Are you able to bring others to the Healing Touch of Jesus? Can you tell others with assurance that if they will touch Jesus, He will heal them?
