I received several emails over the weekend and three emails already this morning from people who are hurting. I told all of them to go to the only one who can help them, and His name is Jesus. He is our light in the darkness of despair, loneliness, turmoil, fear, anguish and torment. He sees into the innermost parts of our hearts and feels our pain and hurt.

Jesus was tormented and abused worse than anyone has ever been or will ever be so He knows how we feel when we are hurting. He knows how it feels to have someone turn against us and say critical and sarcastic words. His heart was broken over and over when He was here on earth by the false accusations made to Him. He understands loneliness because He was totally alone on the cross. Even His Father had to turn away from Him because Jesus had taken on Him our sins and God can’t look on sin.

I don’t know what kind of heartaches and trials you are facing today, but I know the one who can solve them. He took me from under a bed in a mental hospital many years ago and sat me on His lap of Love and I’ve never been the same. He came to me when I couldn’t go to Him. If you will open your heart to Him, He will take away the loneliness, pain, heartaches and anguish. You can depend on Him. He will never hurt you, ridicule you or leave you. He Loves you so much that He died for you.
