I heard a Pastor say in a sermon one time “I dearly love my wife and children. I dearly love my parents and my wife’s parents and I believe they love me, but if all of them deserted me and if all my friends turned their backs on me, I have a Friend Who will never leave me and His Name is Jesus”.
The day I heard my Pastor preach that sermon is the day I realized that Jesus could also Love me. Dear friends, I echo the words of that dear Pastor. My family and all my friends could turn their back on me, although I don’t think they ever would, but if they did, I have a Friend Who will never leave me, and His Name is Jesus.
Jesus is the Dearest Friend you could ever have! He Loves us Unconditionally and when we fail Him, He opens His Precious Arms wider and pulls us into the biggest Hug that we will ever receive. We never have to make an appointment with Him. He never tells us that He’s too busy to listen, and He always leaves us with a feeling of being Loved.
If you have never felt the Love of Jesus deep in your heart, then I urge you to open your heart to Him and let Him deposit His Love in you. He is the Beautiful Rose of Sharon! He is the very breath I take, and best of all; He is the Saviour of my soul. It’s not enough for Him to Love us; we must love Him also. Do you love my Best Friend, Jesus?
