As I was reflecting tonight on all the things that Jesus has done for me, my heart was filled to overflowing with happiness, joy and peace. The Saviour of the world one day reached down His nail scarred hand and lifted me up and sat me on His lap of Love. He put His protective arms around me and has never let me go. He has never left me, not even for a second. What a Saviour, this Jesus of Love! He has filled my cup of happiness so full that it is overflowing.
I know that when we get to Heaven we will have a happiness that we have never known. However, I honestly can’t imagine being any happier than I am right this minute. When I think about the Saviour of the world Loving me, I am amazed and filled with gratitude and awe. There is no one like Jesus! There is no one who loves like Jesus! He is a Friend beyond compare and He Loves me! Hallelujah to the King of Kings and Lord of Lords! Worthy is the Lamb of God!
Jesus has given us the keys to happiness even while we are on this earth. He gave us the key to Heaven through His shed blood on the Cross of Calvary. More than that, He has given us happiness now. It is through obedience to Him and serving Him that we have this overflowing happiness and joy while here on earth.
If your cup of happiness, joy and peace is not overflowing, start telling everyone that you meet about the Love of Jesus. You will have a joy, peace and happiness that you have never known.
