I woke up this morning with a fever and not feeling well at all. I had planned to mop the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom floors today, but I just felt too bad to do it. I was feeling a little discouraged until about thirty minutes ago when God used my brother-in-law to say something funny that made me laugh.
We need to stay on the alert at all times for the sneaky attacks of satan. If we allow satan to attack us, then he can really bring us down. Many times, satan will try to cause discord in marriages, between parents and children, between siblings, and between friends. As soon as we start to argue with someone, we need to immediately go to Jesus and ask Him to help us.
One of the subtle ways that satan attacks us every day is through television. We see all the violence, pornography, and hear all the cursing that breaks the Heart of Jesus. When we allow our minds and hearts to focus on these things, then we are not serving Jesus.
