My sister and brother-in-law went out of the state for Christmas, yet she took the time to call me on Christmas to wish me Merry Christmas. They had given me a beautiful, professional office desk for my office here at home. Plus, they gave me some other very nice gifts. She asked me what I liked best of all the gifts they had given me. I told her that I liked all of them.
This morning, after washing my hair I started to put on the conditioner and realized that the gift that touched me the most from them was when she called me. She had taken her valuable time to call me.
Her phone call was the Conditioning of the Love of Jesus. The gifts that we give can be broken and wear out, but the Love of Jesus that we spread to others will always remain in the heart.
We can point people to Jesus and lead them in the sinner’s prayer, but we need to allow Jesus to Condition their hearts. We need to encourage them and prove to them that Jesus Loves them by our actions.
Thank God that one day He Conditioned my heart with His Son’s Blood and I am assured of a Home in Heaven. Have you allowed Jesus to Condition your heart with His Precious Blood?
