One glorious day the Saviour of the world reached down His arms of love and held me close to His heart and took the horror of depression and suicidal thoughts from me. He removed the sadness and frowns from my face and replaced them with happiness and smiles. He took my nights of weeping away and gave me new mornings filled with joy.
I receive a lot of emails from people who tell me that they don’t believe anyone loves them. I can tell you on the authority of the Word of God that Jesus Loves you. There is nothing you can do to stop Him from loving you. He will always love us even though we hurt Him. He has a tender heart filled with mercy, kindness, understanding, compassion, forgiveness and grace.
If you are hurting today, run into His waiting arms of love and allow Him to kiss away your tears. He will gently rock you in His arms and calm all your fears. You may face a trial during the day that seems impossible to conquer, but rest assured He is able to deliver you out of every situation. Nothing is impossible for Him.
When the day is over, we can lay in His arms of love as He whispers softly in our ears, “I Love you and I won’t let anyone hurt you”. He takes all the criticism and sarcasm away and replaces it with encouraging and comforting words. There is no one like Jesus! No one loves like Jesus! There is no friend like Jesus! What a precious Savior we serve!
