Sometimes we get weary serving Jesus as the road gets rocky and difficult at times. Today, I have been in more pain than I have in a year with my arthritis. I sat down at the computer four times to do the daily devotional, but nothing came because of the tears of pain. Anytime you receive a devotional you can rest assured that Jesus inspired it because I can’t just sit down and write.
There are some people who have been witnessing to their families for years and praying for them. Stay faithful to the task that He has given you because the weeping we do will be replaced with joy and gladness. I have heard people say that they were never called to serve Jesus. I submit to you on the Authority of the Word of God that all of us are called to pray for our families and weep for their salvation and happiness.
Keep on telling others of the Love of Jesus. Keep on hugging for Jesus and encouraging one another. One day, you will be rewarded for your faithfulness, but far more important, you are making Jesus happy.
I have said this many times and I am saying it again because it is so true. There is no One like Jesus. There is no Friend like Jesus. There is no One who Loves you like Jesus. Lift high the Precious Name of Jesus for the world to see in your actions and words.
