Many times God has given me an answer before I even asked Him for what I needed. God does so much for us, and we do so little for Him. Something wonderful happened to me today and I was amazed. However, I shouldn’t have been because God is so Wonderful and Loving. Just when I think I couldn’t be any happier, He does something that I never even thought about. What a Loving Father we have!
Yesterday, satan attacked me all day long and I was so weary that I went to bed early. Now, I know why he attacked me so strong. It is because of all the victories that Jesus won today. I kept doing what I needed to do yesterday and today He rewarded me for my faithfulness to Him. However, I need to do much more than I do for Him.
Everything good that we have is from God. He gives us air to breathe, food to eat, a bed on which we sleep, clothes to wear, families, loved ones, and friends. God does so much for us and we don’t deserve any of it. It is only through His Amazing Grace, Love, and Compassion that we have what we need in this life.
What have you done for God today? Have you called upon Him and told Him you love Him? Have you thanked Him for the bed you sleep on, and the clothes that you wear? There were many nights in my life when I slept on the floor. I thank God for my bed. Give God thanks for your bed tonight.
