If the walls of your home could talk, would they say there is love and peace in your home, or would they say there is strife and hatred in your home? We will never have love and peace in our homes until we have love in our hearts. We will never have unconditional love in our hearts until Jesus lives in our hearts.
There are so many homes that are filled with despair and heartache. I have received several emails over the last year from people who have told me that there is fighting and heartache in their homes. The answer to this devastating crisis is Jesus. He is the answer to all our problems and heartaches. Without Jesus, there will never be the kind of love in your home that makes Him happy.
Until we fall in love with Jesus, we can’t love others as He has commanded us to love; with a love that is unconditional. It is only as we allow Jesus to change our hearts and soften them that our loved ones and friends will see the difference in us. We need to live our lives in such a way that others will want the love and peace that they see in us.
Are the walls of your home and heart painted red with the precious, saving blood of Jesus, or are they painted black with the hatred and ugliness of satan? Who lives in your home, Jesus or satan? If Jesus were to come to your home to visit, would He be welcome there?
